Vacant Home + Leaking Pipe = A Quick Call to SERVPRO of Highland Village

This entire home was soaked by a leaking pipe in the attic. The homeowners had moved out long ago so there was nobody there to notice the growing water damage until it was too late. It wasn't until the neighbor noticed and contacted the homeowner who in turn contacted us. Notice how soaked the carpet is in the picture next to the base boards. You can also see the drywall was wet almost two feet from the floor. SERVPRO of Highland Village got there and found that complete demolition of the property was needed which includes cutting out the affected drywall and tearing out the carpet and baseboards.
