Flooded Bedroom in Farmers Branch

This bedroom from a home in Farmers Branch, TX was unfortunately damaged by a leaking water pipe and a category 2 water intrusion deriving from the guest bathroom. Upon arriving on the scene, our technicians had been notified of the leaking water line but were originally unaware of another possible leak. It was through the use of specialized equipment and industry expertise that our professionals were able to identify a secondary source nearby in the form of a toilet line leak. The migrating water effected the floors and portions of the drywall with varying degrees of saturation. The after picture captures our crews the following day. They can be seen working quickly to dry the saturated materials and preventing the possibility of further damage.
