I couldn't be more impressed or appreciative of the SERVPRO Highland Village team. I went through the main corporate website and submitted a request, not expecting to get a call as I didn't know if they would be able to work during shelter in place. Not only did I get an immediate call from the Highland Village team, they offered to come out immediately. They were exactly on time, looked around at our mold problems, gave me a quote on the spot and did all of the work - in less than 2 hours! The guys were extremely professional, thorough and did a fantastic job. Our house feels better already! Thank you so much - we will definitely use SERVPRO Highland Village again and recommend them to everyone we know.
